Application Procedure
This section explains the steps you must take in applying to study at CHDC. Please read the Application Procedure before applying (found on the Application Package). Links to application forms are below.
Application form – All questions on the application forms must be answered. If a question does not apply to you write ‘DNA’ (Does Not Apply) in the blank. Please write clearly, or type your responses. Applications MUST be signed and dated. Download the application form and related documents below…
One recent passport photograph (in the last 3 months) must be attached to your application. Your application will not be processed without this photo.
The application process begins once your non-refundable Application Fee has cleared in our account. You may pay by cheque or by cash in person. Please make cheques payable to Christ’s Heart Church. DO NOT POST CURRENCY NOTES OF ANY KIND.
What to expect upon acceptance
• You will receive a letter notifying you of your acceptance.
• You are then required to attend the registration. Details of registration will be included with your acceptance letter.
Fees
£195 Non-refundable Application/Registration Fee
Total Cost: £795.00 (single) £1,395.00 (couple) In Person (cost includes Application/Registration Fee)
Total Cost: £575.00 (single) £995.00 (couple) On Line (cost includes Application/Registration Fee)
There will be required reading for each subjects – the cost of required reading books is included in the fees.
Payment Plans (Single Application example)
• £195 Registration Fee payable on application.
• £60.00 x 10 monthly payments = £600.00
• Or, Payment can be made in full on application
