Principal Rev Dr Keith Poole
Rev Dr Keith Poole is Senior Pastor of Christ’s Heart Church and Principal of Christ’s Heart Discipleship College. He is an International Conference Speaker, Facilitator & Global Specialist of the Global Priority Solutions ‘Values Based Leadership’ program and the founder of Transformational Leadership and Equip 4 Success, Also as an Executive Director of Maxwell Leadership since 2017 and a Certified Leadership Coach, Trainer and Speaker, his Apostolic calling combined with his gifting of prophetic discernment enables him to build the Kingdom of God preparing for an outpouring and habitation of the Holy Spirit across the UK.
Dr Keith who has followed Christ for over 38 years, has been married for 31 years and has 3 daughters. He has lived in Australia and South Africa where he studied Community Leadership and then completed his Masters Degree and Phd in Management and Leadership in 2013.
Keith’s influence takes him regularly to Africa – Nigeria, Uganda and Kenya, throughout Europe, where he connects with many cultures to bring transformation to communities to impact people of all ages. His vision enables him to see beyond the boundaries and borders of countries and motivates him to connect with people beyond the various cultures, races and languages that exist.
He is in demand for his passionate teaching. His heart is to see individuals grow, learn and mature in their Christian walk.
Assistant Principal: Pastor Jenny Poole
Pastor Jenny is a church leader, teacher and author who is passionate about communicating practical truth from God’s Word to people of all ages. She has been married to Pastor Keith for over 30 years and together they have three adult daughters. They trained at Rhema Bible Training Centre in South Africa and have worked together to plant churches, lecture in Bible Colleges and minister around the UK, Europe and Africa. Pastor Jenny also has a First Class degree in Primary Education and is currently on the Senior Leadership Team of the Primary school where she works. She has a heart for women, young people and children and teaches with a prophetic edge in a way that impacts practically on people’s lives.
Lecturer: Pastor Michael DaCosta
Pastor Michael is the Senior Pastor at New Nation Destiny Centre, called with a Prophetic voice and an Apostolic grace to build. Pastor Michael’s passion is to see the Kingdom of God established on a local, national and international level. Carrier of a servant’s heart and one who deeply desires to see a unified body especially amongst city leaders, the ministry of NNDC has been established to equip the saints for the work of service. With a powerful testimony of his salvation from the occult, his baptism and infilling of the Holy Spirit, Pastor Michael’s beginnings have shaped his key desire to see the believers lay hold of their faith and the power of intimacy with God.
Pastor Michael and his late wife Marlene are the founders and pioneers of New Nation Destiny Centre and have a desire to see the grace within the ministry expand to other cities. Pastor Michael has launched an Apostolic alliance council for leaders as his passion and call on his life is to resource kingdom leaders and five fold ministers with a safe space to relate, support and build covenant relationships.

Guest Lecturer: Pastor Lyndie McCauley
Pastor Lyndie McCauley is a 1979 Graduate of Rhema Bible Training Centre, Tulsa, Oklahoma and now is celebrating 44 years of ministry.
She co-founded Rhema Ministries South Africa and is now President of Lyndie McCauley Ministries In.
She significantly impacted thousands of lives in 20 countries, on 4 continents of the world, teaching and preaching the Gospel in churches, conferences and Bible Colleges.
In 2000 she received a Honorary Bachelors, Masters and Doctorate from Dr Wingate, President of Life Christian University in Tampa, Florida.
She has also successfully hosted her own TV program on South African TV, authored books, supported and contributed the release of South Africa from Apartheid.
Her most memorable event is praying for President Nelson Mandela.
Her passion is to win souls, build up and edify the Body of Christ and co-labour with Pastors.
Lecturer: Pastor Lorraine Whittingham
Lorraine is a musician at heart, with a deep love for teaching in schools and ministering in churches. She is married to Charles for over 15 years.
Her passion for reaching souls and helping Christians live fulfilled, free lives has been the driving force behind the growth of her speaking ministry. Over the years, she has served in a variety of roles—including youth leader, Sunday school teacher, and music director—gaining broad experience across multiple areas of church ministry.
As a graduate of Christ’s Heart Discipleship College, Lorraine describes the experience as life-changing and pivotal in elevating her ministry. Committed to sharing the transformational power of God’s Word, she speaks with a transparent, down-to-earth style that reflects both her authenticity and her unwavering dedication to God’s calling on her life.
Guest Lecturer: Dr Roberts Liardon
Author | Public Speaker | Spiritual Leader | Church Historian | Humanitarian
Dr. Roberts Liardon is an author, public speaker, spiritual leader, church historian, and humanitarian. He was called into the ministry at a very young age, preaching his first public sermon at the age of thirteen and lecturing on God’s Generals in Christian colleges and universities at age fifteen. From age sixteen, he has utilized every platform to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ, bring maturity to the Church, and encourage those in ministry. He has produced radio, television, and Internet programs, and has also authored over eighty books, which have been translated into over sixty languages and to date have sold 16.5 million copies
Guest Lecturer: Pastor Gordon Simmonds
Pastor Gordon formally a professional tennis player grew up in South Africa and served within Rhema Bible Church as the Director of Student Faculty at their prestigious Rhema Bible Training Centre.
He is known for his systematic exposition of the Word of God with such clarity and practicality. He now resides in Aix En Provence, France where he pastors Aix-en-Provence International Church with his wife Lesley.
